Great Guana Cay is approximately seven miles long with a spectacular beach on the oceanside that offers wonderful swimming, snorkeling and beachcombing.   There is excellent fishing on the reefs and offshore. Bonefish abound in the shallow bays on the Sea of Abaco side of the cay.

Great Guana Cay Primary school has been serving the community of Guana Cay for over a 100 years, however with very little Government support the school needs your help.  We the visitors of Guana Cay who love the island and the people so much can give from there hearts and help these children.  A wish list link  will take you to a wish list of items they are needing.   I visited with them the last time I was here, and what a joy it was.   They even made me some pictures of their island.  I was so touched by this, and proud I will hang these in my kitchen right were I  hang my  kids pictures.
